Scope of Application<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These Liability and Warranty Terms apply exclusively to business customers within the meaning of the Austrian Commercial Code (UGB).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sales to consumers are excluded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Warranty<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The customer must inspect the goods immediately upon receipt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any apparent defects must be reported to us in writing within 7 days of delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hidden defects must be reported without undue delay after discovery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the event of justified defects, we reserve the right, at our discretion, to remedy the defect or provide replacement goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any further claims are excluded to the extent permitted by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u8fd9\u90e8\u5206\u5bf9\u5e94\u539f\u6587\u4ef6\u5173\u4e8e\u6536\u8d27\u68c0\u67e5\u30017\u5929\u660e\u663e\u7455\u75b5\u901a\u77e5\u3001\u9690\u85cf\u7455\u75b5\u4ee5\u53ca\u7ef4\u4fee\u6216\u6362\u8d27\u7684\u89c4\u5b9a\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to cases of intent and gross negligence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Liability for slight negligence is excluded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our liability shall be limited in amount to the value of the goods supplied in the respective transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Exclusion of Certain Damages<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Indirect damages<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consequential damages<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Production downtime or production losses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Loss of profit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Damage resulting from further processing of the products<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Product Specifications and Use<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The products supplied are intended for commercial use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The customer is responsible for independently verifying the suitability of the products for the intended application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Technical data, product descriptions and recommendations do not constitute guaranteed characteristics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Certifications and Standards<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Information relating to standards and certifications, including EN standards, is provided to the best of our knowledge but without guarantee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The customer is responsible for independently verifying compliance with the standards and regulations applicable to the intended use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Import and Use<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The customer is responsible for compliance with all applicable legal requirements in the country of destination, particularly with regard to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Product safety<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Labelling requirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Import and customs regulations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Force Majeure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We shall not be liable for delays or damages resulting from events of force majeure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9.
